Taxi Drivers Network planning industrial action over 50% capacity load

The Ministry of Works and Transport plans to discuss the 50% capacity load which taxi drivers are currently required to operate by during the COVID-19 pandemic with the Ministry of Health.

Minister of Works and Transport, RohanSinanan, was questioned on the issue by the Opposition Member of Parliament for CouvaNorth this afternoon.

Minister Sinanan was also asked whether the government will provide relief assistance to the taxi drivers.
