Following its call for customers to “Stay Connected” by paying their bills, the Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) said it is aware that many customers opted to use the Authority’s Customer Service Centres to bring their accounts up to date, resulting in long lines at these locations.
The Authority wishes to remind customers that they can pay their bills from the convenience of their own homes via any of the following options:
