A 27-year-old Mayaro man is on the run after he allegedly chopped the mother of his children early Sunday morning.
Around 12.30 am, Susha Gray was at her St Margaret’s Village home when she had an argument with the suspect.
The man then reportedly grabbed a cutlass and chopped Gray several times before running away.
Gray was taken to hospital for treatment and remained in serious condition up to late yesterday.
Police were searching for the suspect, who lives at Radix Village, Mayaro.
Investigations are continuing.
