Special needs child receives wheelchair from U.S Physiotherapist

A wheelchair to a child with special needs at the Scarborough General Hospital.

The wheelchair was donated by Mrs. Duke, of Duke’s Numero Uno, located in Carnbee and her daughter, a Physiotherapist based in the United States.

On hand to witness the hand-over was Councillor Dr. Agatha Carrington, Secretary of Health, Wellness and Family Development, Ms. Ingrid Melville, Chairman, Tobago Regional Health Authority Board, and other members of the executive team of the TRHA.

The Chairman stated that this hand-over was the result of the TRHA and the Division collaborating and working with the private sector in meeting health care needs forthe people of Tobago.
