The South West Regional Health Authority has gotten with the times and is providing people in the Southland with the opportunity to book appointments for the Covid19 vaccine via WhatsApp.
In a brief advisory yesterday, the SWRHA said that patients 60 and older with chronic illnesses can book their appointments via the following numbers: 682-0145, 682-0059 and 682-0161.
Persons will be required to include their name, address and national identification number to book the appointments.
They can also contact the SWRHA at their toll free number 87-SWRHA (877-9742) and choose option 2, followed by option 2.
The approved vaccination sites under the SWRHA are as follows:

Point Fortin Health Centre
La Romaine Health Centre
Marabella Health Centre
Ste Madeleine Health Centre
Couva District Health Facility
Siparia District Health Facility
Princes Town District Health Facility
