Transport Commissioner Clive Clarke says licensing offices have been reopened today but the available transactions will be conducted on a phased basis.
Commissioner Clarke revealed there are two phases, the first of which will see vehicular transactions such as registration and transfers done through appointments.
He added that permit renewals will also be accommodated via online appointment
The only walk-ins allowed will be for persons who are travelling abroad and must have their permit renewed as they wish to drive in that country.
However he warned that proof of the impending trip must be provided.
First time drivers and persons wishing to do vehicle inspections however must wait a little longer.
