About sixty to sixty-nine percent of doctors and nurses have taken the COVID-19 vaccination.
This was revealed by Chairman of the North Central Regional Health Authority, Davlin Thomas.
Mr Thomas made the disclosure at the Ministry of Health virtual news briefing Wednesday.
Mr Thomas was questioned by a reporter on the uptake of COVID-19 vaccines by doctors, nurses and other frontline workers.
Mr Thomas said he expects an increase in the number of medical employees taking the vaccine given the wider range of vaccines now available.
