Six more persons have passed away due to Covid-19 in Trinidad and Tobago.
The persons were four elderly males and two elderly females.
The Ministry of Health in its latest clinical update Friday afternoon, said this brings the total number of Covid-19 related deaths to one thousand, six hundred and seventy-four.
It said all patients had multiple comorbidities, including a mix of diabetes, high blood pressure, Parkinson’s disease, prior stroke, heart disease and asthma.
The Ministry said two hundred and eighty-five additional persons have tested positive for Covid-19.
It said thirty four persons have been discharged from public health facilities.
The Ministry said there have two hundred and one recovered community cases.
