The Ministry of Health says six (6) additional persons have tested positive for COVID-19.
It says these new patients will be processed for admission at the discretion of the Chief Medical Officers of Health.
In its latest clinical update the Ministry said one person has been discharged from public health facilities.
There have been seven recovered community cases.
A total of six thousand, nine hundred and thirty-eight patients have recovered from COVID-19 to date
At present there are forty-two patients in hospital with COVID-19.
Two hundred and seventy-six persons are in home self –isolation, three hundred and fifty-seven are at state quarantine facilities, five patients are in step down facilities.
There are three hundred and twenty-nine active positive cases of covid19.
One hundred and thirty-two persons have died from COVID-19 in Trinidad and Tobago
