The Guard and Emergency Branch (GEB) is asking anyone with information on the discovery of a shotgun in the Tabaquite area yesterday to contact them at 675-5759.
During an anti-crime exercise in the Southern Division yesterday, officers seized a shotgun and one 12-gauge cartridge.
The officers also executed search warrants at several houses however, nothing illegal was found.
The exercise was coordinated by Snr. Supt. Elie, Supt. Mohammed, ASP Frank and supervised by Sgt. Titus, Ag/Cpl Pajotte.
Investigations are ongoing.
