Sewing needles were found in Halloween candy in Ohio and the Fostoria police are urging parents to thoroughly check their children’s candy.
Reports indicate that more than one piece of candy was tampered with, and one child found a needle wedged in his Kit Kat.
A hospital in Ohio is offering free x-ray services to help parents scan their kids’ candy.
“We take this seriously and are appalled that anyone would be so demented as to want to hurt children in our community,” the police chief said. https://t.co/ZFTnqZVogZ
