A man was shot and killed on Friday evening in Point Fortin.
Reports state that the victim, 32-year-old Ikem Best, of Circular Road, Warden Road, was fixing a vehicle roadside when shots rang out.
Residents told police that at around 6.05pm, they heard several heard gunshots.
When the smoke cleared the investigated the scene and found Best.
The man worked as a security guard at the Princes Town branch of Persad’s Supermarket.
Investigations are currently underway.
