Security Consultant, Garvin Heerah, says doing what is necessary to address deviant behaviour in the public is critical especially in light of what have been described as acts of extreme violence.
Recently a Tobagonian schoolboy allegedly made threats to “shoot up” his school.
In response the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service said it stands ready to respond in the event of attempts to carry out the threat.
Mr Heerah today reflected on the topic giving his insight on this serious development.
Mr Heerah also commended the TTPS for its proactive measures in this area.
