Second man charged for larceny of motor vehicle

A second man has been arrested and charged in connection with the larceny of a Toyota Aqua motor vehicle that was stolen on Monday 21st December, 2020.

RYAN RAMBARRAN, 27, of Friendship Village, San Fernando, is due to appear virtually at the Princes Town Magistrates’ Court today, after he was charged with larceny motor vehicle on Thursday 28th January, 2021.

RAMBARRAN was arrested after Sgt Teeluck and personnel of the Princes Town CID conducted further enquiries in connection with the larceny of the said vehicle, which was recovered with false registration plates on Tuesday 19th January 2021, at Aldana Street, Princes Town.

Another 27-year-old man of Friendship Village, NAZRUDEEN SOOKOOR was also arrested and charged for larceny of the said vehicle.
