Scrap Iron ban dealers meet with AG as limit on ban runs out

The Trinidad and Tobago Scrap Iron Dealers Association is scheduled to meet with Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs, Reginald Armour Senior Counsel.

The meeting will be held at his Government Campus Plaza office today where they will once again discuss the Scrap Metal Industry Regulation.

In August this year the government placed a six-month ban on scrap iron and copper export after a hike in thefts of critical State infrastructures at WASA and TSTT facilities.
