Scotiabank Trinidad and Tobago has been recognized as one of the Best Workplaces™ in the Caribbean and Central America for 2021 by Great Place to Work®. This year’s awards were given to companies who have been able maintain an environment and culture of trust and sound practices to overcome the challenges brought on by COVID -19 pandemic.

Scotiabank’s employee focus includes:
- Fostering employee wellness, health and safety – supporting employees’ total well-being, particularly during the pandemic. 80% of our local employees were equipped with work from home capability. Additionally, initiatives have been introduced focusing on mental health and wellness.
