Scarborough police and Homicide detectives are currently investigating the murder of a man on Friday night.
The victim, Deon Daniel, of Idlewild Trace, was chopped to death at his home and his body found by a relative shortly after 8pm.
There are initial reports that he had an argument with some people earlier that day.
Daniel was an employee of the THA Division of Health, Wellness and Social Protection.
