A 58 -year-old man, of Hermitage Village, has been charged with conducting sales from a bar contrary to the Public Health Regulations.
RAJENDRA ARJOON, of Hermitage Village, San Fernando, was arrested today for conducting sales from a bar.
Officers PCs Maharaj and Singh were on mobile patrol along Dumfries Road, Hermitage Village, San Fernando, when they observed that Hill View Bar was open for business and the owner, Arjoon reportedly conducting sales contrary to the provisions of Section 3(1) of the Emergency Powers Regulations.
He was arrested and charged and is expected to appear at the San Fernando Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 8th June, 2021 to answer the charges.
