Quick work by San Fernando detectives resulted in arrest of a man who was seemingly in the process of stealing from a warehouse yesterday morning.
KEVIN ALI ATWELL, 37, of no fixed place of abode, was arrested and charged on November 21st.
At 1.30 am on Saturday, a police cruiser was alerted to a man breaking into a warehouse along Chacon Street, San Fernando.
When police officers arrived at the location, they observed the door of the building pried opened and with lights on.
Upon checking, police officers discovered a man inside of the building who had no permission to be there.
He was immediately arrested and charged by PC George for warehouse break in with intent.
ATWELL will answer to the charge when the matter comes up for hearing at that the San Fernando Magistrates’ Court, tomorrow, Monday 23rd November, 2020.
