Rowley’s opponent accuses Government of improving corruption in T&T

UNC Candidate Marsha Walker has blasted the governing People’s National Movement for what she says is a worsening corruption index rating.

She was speaking on the Power 102’s Power Breakfast Show on Wednesday morning.

Walker, who is challenging Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley for the seat of Diego Martin West, said that the PNM has not kept its promise of stamping out corruption.

She suggested that under the PNM, things are actually worse than it was in 2011 under the then Peoples Partnership Government.
