With Hurricane Dorian leaving parts of the Bahamas in complete devastation, Bajan star, Rihanna is already looking for ways in which she can help aide the Bahamian people and her fellow West Indians through her Clara Lionel Foundation.
“It truly breaks my heart to see the complete devastation that #HurricaneDorian is having on the Bahamas,” she wrote on Twitter on Monday.
Rihanna said she has placed the island of Bahamas in her prayers.
Rihanna’s humanitarian work in society sets the standard for celebrity philanthropy.
Harvard University presented her with their Humanitarian of the Year Award back in 2017 for her dedication to helping improve education and health care in the Carribean area.
