Restaurateur Jennifer Sharma says should there be another upsurge in COVID-19 cases in the country it will force more businesses into closure.
Speaking in an interview on Power 102.1fm this afternoon, Ms Sharma said many businesses are presently experiencing high ahead.
Ms Sharma said her business coped through the pandemic by following all the instructions from the Chief Medical Officer and trained staff to adhere and apply to all practices.
Ms Sharma also gave an insight into some of the plans for the industry moving forward.
