Reporter gets knocked down by a car during a live news coverage in West Virginia

A West Virginia reporter got hit by a car during a live coverage and didn’t even miss a beat!

The shocking moment happened on Wednesday night as WSAZ-TV reporter Tori Yorgey started to report from the field.

In the clip below you see a car come from behind strike her, pushing her out of frame. As her body lunges forward she screams, “Oh my god! I just got hit by a car, but I’m OK.”

Almost immediately Tori hops back up, adjusts her camera and explains “That’s live TV for you. It’s all good.”

Tori said that wasn’t the first time she had been hit either. It happened in college as well.

Although she was left in shock, she allowed the driver to she apologize during the live shot, and Toriers actually very gracious” “Ma’am, you are so sweet, and you are OK.”
