The San Juan Fire station is currently closed as reports indicated that one firefighter has tested positive for COVID-19.
Izzso Media reached out to President of the Fire Service Association, Leo Ramkissoon who confirmed that the fire station is in fact closed for sanitization.
Mr. Ramkissoon said that given the nature of the job, his officers ought to be afforded rapid testing; this he says will allow officers to be back out to duty in a timely manner.
