RBC relaunches its Young Leaders programme

Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) relaunched its Young Leaders program on Friday July 5th, 2024 under the theme ‘Conserve, Produce & Enhance.

Education Minister, Dr Nyan Gadsby-Dolly, delivered featured remarks at the relaunch ceremony, expressing optimism that the revitalized RBC Young Leaders programme will foster a lasting philanthropic partnership between the corporate and educational sectors, advancing the Ministry’s vision for student development.

The thirteen (13) schools participating in the 2024 programme are: ASJA Girls’ College Charlieville, Carapichaima West Secondary, Fatima College, Holy Cross College, Manzanilla Secondary, Naparima Girls’ High School, Point Fortin West Secondary, Presentation College, Chaguanas, Queen’s Royal College, San Juan North Secondary, St. Stephen’s College, Success/Laventille Secondary, Roxborough Secondary School.

The refreshed RBC Young Leaders program, which will be rolled out in Trinidad and Tobago as a first phase, is designed to educate – financial literacy; teach world-of-work proficiencies – project management and presentation skills; and inspire and encourage sustainability practices – ESG and environmental sustainability.
