The Public Services Association is claiming the Minister of Finance has no authority to give instructions to the Chief Personnel Officer to start outstanding salary negotiations.
President of the PSA, Watson Duke, speaking on the matter on Tuesday on his Facebook Page, said the Minister of Finance does not hold that right on this particular matter.
Mr Duke warned public servants not to get excited by this development.
