On Wednesday, Minister Randall Mitchell revealed that priority will be given to local entertainers to receive vaccines as well as exemptions to travel and participate in major Carnival styled events across the world.

Rome, via a whatsapp message to izzso, said they had been putting forward proposals for a while now and the last proposal that they sent had a lot of the points that they (government) did use and he and his membership are very grateful.
