Prof. Andy Knight says T&T has been able to cope well in spite of the cultural and ethnic mix

International Relations lecturer, Professor Andy Knight says there are lessons in diversity and unity the rest of the world can learn from Trinidad and Tobago.

Speaking on the Facing the Issues Programme this afternoon, Professor Knight says Trinidad and Tobago generally has been able to cope well in spite of the rich cultural and ethnic mix.

However, Professor Knight said there have been instances where the issue of race or religion is used to cause division.
