Prison Officers Association spurn gov’t 4% wage offer

Government’s 4% wage increase offer has been rejected by the membership of the Prison Officers Association (2nd Division).

While their brothers in the TT Police Service have indicated their willingness to accept the Chief Personnel Officer’s offer, prison officers have directed their executive to reject the 4% offer.

Instead, the association has been told to go to the Special Tribunal where they believe “justice will be served.”
