Prince Harry revealed firey text messages between Meghan and Kate

Prince Harry revealed the fiery text messages sent between Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle over the now-infamous bridesmaids dresses.

Harry in his memoir wrote that Meghan received a text from Kate four days before the wedding, saying the dresses would need altering, as they had been hand-sewn from measurements only without a fitting, so this “wasn’t a big shock”.

“Meg didn’t reply to Kate straight away,” he says. “Yes, she had endless wedding-related texts, but mostly she was dealing with the chaos surrounding her father.

So the next morning she texted Kate that our tailor was standing by.”

“Charlotte’s dress is too big, too long, too baggy,” Harry recalled the Princess of Wales texting Meghan about the dresses, which were made from measurements before a fitting. “She cried when she tried it on a home.”

Harry shares that Meghan told Kate the tailor’s name and that he was “at the palace,” but “this wasn’t sufficient”.

He continues, writing that Kate complained, “Charlotte’s dress is too big, too long, too baggy. She cried when she tried it on a home.”

Meghan then responded, “Right, and I told you the tailor has been standing by since 8am. Here. At KP. Can you take Charlotte to have it altered, as the other mums are doing?”
