PriceSmart is limiting the capacity at its Membership clubs.
In a release today, PriceSmart said that in a bid to ensure the safety of its Members, they will only be allowing one person per Membership to enter the club.
This was one of a few changes announced by the company today.
Here is PriceSmart’s full message to Members:
Dear members,
As you might already know, we are open with some restrictions to continue keeping you safe and to ensure our Members have uninterrupted access to fresh food and the basic goods needed during these difficult times, and in collaboration and support to the government efforts and other health authorities of Trinidad and Tobago to contain the spread of the virus, effective until May 23rd , PriceSmart is making the following adjustments in its clubs in Trinidad and Tobago:
*Only groceries and essential items will be available for purchase. Non-essential goods won’t be available for sale.
*Our club hours of operation might vary and will be subject to change, depending on the evolution of the current situation.
*We are limiting the capacity of our clubs: only one person per Membership can enter the club.
*We will be enforcing social distancing and safety protocols.
