President of the Pharmacy Board Andrew Rahaman accidentally shoot himself in the leg

About one week after the Commissioner of Prisons Dennis Pulchan accidentally shot himself in the leg, comes word of the President of the Pharmacy Board Andrew Rahaman also accidentally shooting himself. Rahaman is recovering from a gunshot wound to his right leg.

St Clair police reported that at 7:46pm Tuesday, Rahaman accidentally was shot himself on Tuesday night while trying to secure one of his guns.

He had just finished exercising around the Queen’s Park Savannah and as he he got into his vehicle parked opposite Queen’s Royal College, he attempted to adjust one of two licensed guns, which was holstered and tucked on the right side of his pants waist, when the firearm
went off. Rahaman reportedly felt a sharp pain in his right leg, which he saw was bleeding.

He drove himself to St Clair Medical for treatment. Police took custody of the two Smith and Wesson guns and are continuing Investigations.
