A man identified as Garvin Bastien was shot and killed in Port of Spain on Friday night.
His sibling, Andre ‘Stone’ Bastien is nursing gunshot wounds following the incident, which occurred at the deceased man’s unofficial gambling club on George Street, Port of Spain.
Reports state that at around 8.25pm, Garvin, was gambling at the club with his brother Andre and a group of other people, when masked men entered and shot the him in the head and back.
His brother was shot in the upper leg and buttock.
The gunmen then made their escape.
Garvin died at the scene, while his brother was rushed to the Port of Spain General Hospital.
He is said to be in a stable condition.
Police are continuing with their investigations.
