Privacy Policy – Why We Collect Personal Information
We collect personal information so that you can: (i) enter contests; (ii) participate in our website activities (such as submitting and/or recording audio and video clips, participating in blogs, and posting comments and opinions); and (iii) receive any newsletters or special offers when you “opt-in” to receive such information or offers. All matters relating to the use of the Izzso website are governed by the laws of Trinidad & Tobago, as applicable and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad & Tobago.

No one under the age of 13 should provide any personally identifiable information to Izzso. Izzso does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 without verified parental consent. In the event that we learn that we have collected such information from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete this information from our database as quickly as possible. If you believe the Izzso Services have collected any personally identifiable information about anyone under 13, please contact us at [email protected].
