A man was shot dead along Mt D’or Road in Champs Fleurs this morning.
Police were called to the scene, after residents found the body of a man lying in a pool of blood just before 7am.
The residents said they heard a series of loud explosions and went to investigate.
The man was discovered inside an unfinished concrete structure off the roadway.
Police have yet to identify the victim.
