Jenny’s on the Boulevard was visited once again by members of the Police Service on Friday night and this time, they shut down an event at a casino located below the restaurant level.
Just before 10 p.m. officers from the Woodbrook Police Station, Port of Spain visited the casino located a floor below the restaurant known as, Sensei.
A private event was being held there with the owner’s family and friends.
Police admitted that social distancing protocols were observed and patrons were wearing masks, however, they said they had to shut down the event due to their being approximately 35 people in attendance.
They also claimed that the soon to be opened Sensei had not yet been officially licenced.
