Police Service Commission Appoints Gary Griffith To Act As Commissioner Of Police.

The Police Service Commission appoints Gary Griffith to act as Commissioner of Police of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service.

In a media release Friday afternoon, the PSC said this is being done in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of Trinidad and Tobago and Clause 4 of Legal Notice 183 of 2021 and the Commissioner of Police and Deputy Commissioner of Police Selection Process Order, 2021.

The PSC said Mr. Griffith has been appointed to act as Commissioner of Police until the completion of the selection process for the office of Commissioner of Police as prescribed in Clause 3 of Legal Notice 183 of 2021.
