Police are probing the circumstances surrounding a shooting in Sangre Grande on Wednesday night, which led to death of a 21 year old man.
Reports say the victim, Stephon Saroopsingh, also known as Baboo, was liming with group of friends in front of a fruit stall – Blake Avenue Extension, Damarie Hill – when two armed men emerged from the bushes and began shooting.
Persons nearby ran to safety, however, Saroopsingh was followed by the shooters.
Police are continuing Investigations.
