Police Commission launch online survey to get feedback on performance

The Police Service Commission is launching its online survey designed to engage with and gather feedback from the public on various aspects of the performance of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service.

This includes its responsiveness to their safety and security needs and concerns.

The Public Trust, Confidence, and Satisfaction Survey will run from  September 17th to October 8th , 2024.

It is one of the tools the Commission uses to undertake its constitutional mandate of monitoring the efficiency and effectiveness of the discharge of the functions of the Commissioner of Police and Deputy Commissioners of Police.

The Commission encourages everyone to complete the online survey and submit their views.

PSC says your participation is crucial in shaping the vision of a police service that delivers the best possible safety and security outcomes to Trinidad and Tobago.

Completing the survey is quick and easy, taking at most 10 minutes. To ensure the broadest possible access, the Commission is collaborating with various entities to make the survey available on numerous websites and social media platforms.

The public can even use the quick response  codes for fast and easy access, making it convenient for anyone with a smartphone.

All responses to the survey, opinions collected, information arising from the surveys, identifiers, and any information about respondents learned incidentally will be kept confidential and will not be discussed, disclosed, or disseminated.
