JONATHAN JOBITY, 20, of Team Drive, Petit Valley, was arrested on Thursday 5th November, 2020 for possession of a stolen vehicle.
The white Nissan B14, found in his possession, had been reported stolen to the Caroni Police Station on October 28th 2020.
The vehicle had been secured and parked outside of a home in Frederick Settlement, Caroni around 6 pm on October 28th 2020.
The following morning at around 9 am, it was discovered missing.
Investigations were conducted by officers of the Caroni Police Station and Chaguanas Criminal Investigations Department (CID) and the suspect was charged yesterday for the offence by PC Stewart.
Jobity is scheduled to appear at the Chaguanas Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
