Persad’s Superstore closed after employee tests positive for COVID-19

Persad’s Superstore closed for sanitisation.

The supermarket in an advisory said an employee at its High Street in Princes Town branch – in the Accounts Department has tested positive for COVID-19.

Management at Persad’s said the female employee is currently warded at Augustus Long Hospital after testing positive for the virus on May 10th.

The supermarket is currently closed keeping in line with COVID-19 public health protocols.
