Pensioners no longer required to sign Life Certificate Register

In keeping with measures implemented by the Government to reduce the spread of COVID-19, the Ministry of Social Development and Family Services is advising all Senior Citizens’ Pension recipients and their relatives that persons will no longer be required to visit their Local Board to sign the Life Certificate Register.

The process has been suspended until June 30th, as the Ministry seeks to limit the covid19 exposure of older persons who are among the more vulnerable groups in society.
The Ministry says persons will be informed of the resumption of the Life Certificate exercise accordingly.

For any enquiries or further information, persons can contact their Local District Office or call the Ministry’s toll-free hotline at 800 – 1MSD (1673).
