PDP says they’re not being financially supported by the UNC

The Progressive Democratic Patriots is not getting financial support from the United National Congress.

Confirmation of this comes from Deputy Political Leader of the PDP, Farley Augustine.

The PDP Deputy Political Leader made the comment while being interviewed on the Power Breakfast Show on Power 102 Digital today.

The electoral representative for the Parlatuvier/L’Anse Fourmi/ Speyside said the PDP is still clearing expenses from the Tobago House Elections held in January this year.

Meanwhile, on another matter the PDP Political Deputy Leader said based on the THA Act there is nothing in law that mandates the leader of a political party must be the one to be Chief Secretary of the THA.
