Progressive Democratic Patriots (PDP) deputy leader Farley Augustine says people in Tobago want change.
He made the claim while speaking on Power 102 Digital this morning.
Augustine remained optimistic and upbeat as his party prepares for a tight race with the PNM in the upcoming THA elections.
