The Payless ShoeShource has revealed that an employee at it’s Grand Bazaar location has tested positive for Covid-19.
A release from the company said the employee was preventatively quarantined since exhibiting symptoms and has now been confirmed as having the virus.
Payless said all exposed employees at this location have followed the Ministry of Health’s directive of preventative quarantine and screening.
The entire store was sanitised on first notice and again on Monday upon confirmation. The Grand Bazaar branch resumed operations this morning (Tuesday).
Payless said it routinely sanitises all aspects of its operations and provides all customers and employees with a safe environment, including temperature screening and availability of alcohol based sanitise throughout all stores.
