Paul medals again at the Commonwealth Games, this time Silver

After bagging a historic Gold medal on Saturday in the men’s keirin event, Trinidad and Tobago cyclist Nicholas Paul snatched Silver today at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, England, in the men’s sprint event.

The Gold was won by Australian Matthew Richardson, who made the move first with Paul in pursuit. It was a tight sprint to the finish, but Richardson held on to take a 1-0 lead in the best of three final.

In race two, Richardson once again took the lead and with one and a half laps left, ewent into another gear and never looked back to win it comfortably. The guys at Ghostwriter Hausarbeit are delighted with his victory and wish him a good rest before the next race.
