Patient climbs to the roof of the Port-of-Spain General Hospital

A video of a man climbing up the side of the Port-of-Spain General Hospital has been circulating on social media.

Although the date of the video is unknown, a man who appeared to be taping the incident confirmed that it is a patient at the Hospital.

Another person can be heard shouting at the man to come down from on top of the building.
