Holding strain for long enough, now it’s time to settle outstanding wages for workers of Trinidad Cement Limited.
This is the message the Oilfields Workers Trade Union is sending to management of TCL.
OWTU President General, Ancil Roget, told reporters outside TCL’s Claxton Bay Company today the union has to adopt this kind of approach due to the rising cost of living.
Mr Roget said it has been instructed by the workers outstanding negotiations must be urgently settled.
The trade unionist also appealed for workers to be treated with respect.
