OWTU Not Interested In Going To Court Over Two Bargaining Periods

The Oilfields Workers Trade Union says the OWTU is not interested in going to court over two negotiating periods, 2019 to 2022 and 2022 to 2025 for workers of Yara Trinidad.

Today General Secretary of the OWTU, Ancil Roget, delivered a letter to the company’s management.

Speaking with members of the media, Mr Roget said the workers should benefit from rising ammonia prices around the world.

The trade union leader said the OWTU is asking for the two bargaining periods to be treated in a fair manner.
