Opposition Senator Laments Perceived Lack Of Opportunities For Recent Graduates

Many young people are leaving universities locally with bachelors and master’s degree but they cannot get a job which falls in line with their qualifications.

Engineers are cited among persons affected.

This claim came from Opposition Senator, Saddam Hussein, during his budget debate contribution in the parliament on Tuesday.

Mr Hussein said there are implications which can arise because of this development which can be very frustrating.

Mr Hussein added that there are many prospective teachers who are yet to be interviewed by the Teaching Service Commission.
